What We Believe

We Believe: The Bible, old and new testament, is the inspired Word of the Creator God as given to us throught His servants, the Prophets. We believe: This Holy Word is profitable for correction, reproof, and instruction in righteousness. (See 2 Timothy 3:16)We Believe: In the 3-member Godhead consisting of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit; which represent the Omnipotence, the Omniscience, and the Omnipresence in 3 individuals; yet they are all One in thought & purpose; all desiring the salvation of every human being. (Mathew 28:19; 1 John 5:7)We Believe: Jesus, taking on the nature of man lived a life of total victory through the power of His Father, God, and died for our sins. He is the eternal, self, existent Son of God and is now mediating for us in the heavenly sanctuary. (Hebrew 8:1; 9:12, 24)We Believe: When we accept His great sacrifice for us, and accept Him as our Lord and Saviour, we may receive the gift of eternal life, not by works lest any man shall boast. (Eph. 2:9)We Believe: Because of His sacrifice, we desire to obey Him in the doing of His will as given through His Holy Ten Commandment law. (John 14:15)We Believe: Jesus is coming to this earth again very soon to redeem those who serve Him and take them to live with Him throughout eternity. (Matt. 24:32-51)
We Believe: God has ordained that His last day “Remnant” people will give the final warning to prepare for His coming through the proclamation of the 4 angels’ messages of Revelation, chapter 14 and 18.We Believe: God has inspired the writings of Sister Ellen G. White to provide counsel and guidance through the application of Scripture, which, ultimately, is our only source of belief. Sola Scriptura, the Bible and the Bible only, is our motto. (Eph. 4:11-14; Proverbs 29:18; Revelation 12:17; 19:10)We Believe: We are a prophetic movement who believe we are living in the time of the end, when heavens Judgment is even now underway and has been for many years now according to the books of Daniel and the Revelation. (Daniel 7:10; Revelation 14:7)We Believe: The 7th Day, from sundown Friday until sundown Saturday, constitutes the true Bible Sabbath as given to man in the Garden of Eden and written by God on tables of stone as the 10 Commandments for all of God’s people. (Hebrews 4:7-11; Exodus 20:8-11)There are many more beliefs that are too numerous to mention. Therefore, For a more complete look at what Seventh-day Adventists believe . . . read more here!
