Once More the threat to religious liberty has raised its ugly head in the midst of God’s Remnant people. The pastor of the Hendersonville North Carolina SDA Church has been pressured by the Carolina Conference to cancel a weekend series by Pastor Stephen Bohr of Secrets Unsealed Ministry. The congregation had been planning these meetings for over a year.  When the Conference was asked why the meetings were to be cancelled, the response from leadership was that Pastor Bohr had demonstration his opposition to Women’s Ordination in a Sept. 2017 seminar.So……when a pastor presents a message that is in total compliance with the World Church Decision in Business Session, he is considered by entities of the NAD to be divisive and is to be immediately shut down. Those Conferences, Unions, and Divisions who are in total rebellion (and I might add, who are allowed to do so by a totally inept and incompetent General Conference)are in a position to do whatever it takes to see to it that there is no other expression of thought within the church but their own.This could readily be classified as “Religious Totalitarianism”. Exercising absolute and centralized control over faithful ministers of God’s church, crushing freedom of expression when that expression is not in agreement with their calculating methods of church polity.It is very sad that when faithful pastors support the World Church are swiftly shut down by these rebellious Conferences.We must remember that “…. ALL things work together for good for those who love the Lord.”  It is sad to say, but, “..all things work together for “BAD” for those who “do not” love the Lord.”2 Tim 3:8, 9 – “Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all [men], as theirs also was.”Keep looking up….
